Milly’s journey in jewellery began at 18, she earned her gemmological qualifications and spent six years working for a renowned brand.
Growing up in the jewellery world, with her father owning a watch trading company in Hatton Garden for over 30 years, Milly has continued his legacy through Mills & Beau, which also offers the sourcing of pre-owned luxury watches.
Driven by a passion for gemstones and their stories, Milly founded Mills & Beau to offer a personal, bespoke jewellery service. She adds meaningful touches like birthstones and engravings to make each piece special.​
Milly guides customers through every detail, ensuring they fully understand their purchase, while overseeing the quality of every piece made in the UK.
